Stellavis respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector , as amended by Law 25.

1. Who we are

Stellavis is a sole proprietorship (self-employed) based in Montreal, Quebec, offering Google review NFC cards and an online review management service for businesses.

3. Information we collect

Website visitors and contact form

• Your business name, your name, your phone number or email, the plan you're interested in and your message, if you fill out the form.
• Technical information automatically sent by your browser during your visit (IP address, device type), processed by our hosting and font providers. We use no audience-measurement tools and no advertising cookies.

Client businesses

• The contact person's details and billing information.
• Manager access to your Google Business Profile, which you grant us, and the information on that profile.
• Google reviews posted by your customers (name or pseudonym displayed by Google, rating, text), which we read to write replies and produce your reports.

4. Why we use it

• To answer your request for information or a demo.
• To provide the service included in your plan: replies to reviews, alerts, reports, profile updates.
• To bill and keep the business's accounts.

We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent, and we never sell it.

5. Service providers and transfers outside Quebec

To operate, Stellavis uses well-known providers. Some host data outside Quebec, notably in the United States or Europe:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and email forwarding.
• Formspree: receiving messages sent through the contact form.
• Airtable: database for tracking clients and reviews.
• Make: automating tasks between our tools.
• Anthropic (Claude): artificial intelligence that helps draft suggested replies to reviews.
• Google: business profile and reviews; website fonts.

Before entrusting information to these providers, we assessed that they offer adequate protection. We only send them what the service requires.

6. Artificial intelligence

Suggested replies to reviews are drafted with the help of an artificial intelligence tool, based on the text of the review and the tone chosen by the business. No decision about you is made in a fully automated way: the business can read, edit or reject each reply according to the terms of its plan.

7. Retention period

• Contact form messages: 24 months at most, if they don't lead to a subscription.
• Client data: for the duration of the subscription, then 12 months after it ends, except accounting records, kept as long as the law requires.

At the end of these periods, the information is destroyed or anonymized.

8. Security

We protect your information with reasonable measures: limited, password-protected access, encrypted connections, providers chosen for their security. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information.

9. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to contact@stellavis.ca ; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
